A eutectic body is an insulated body with an improved K factor. The body is equipped with a refrigeration system operated by an external power source (usually at night) that charges internal cold accumulating plates down to a temperature of -38°C.

During the day the unit is inactive and the body uses the cold accumulated in the plates. At the end of the workday internal temperature reaches -25°C and still ensures stable freezing.

Ch. Girsh Industries imports and markets energy accumulating eutectic bodies used for distributing ice cream, meat, fish, pastries and frozen fruit and vegetables.

The bodies are imported as a whole from Cofi Europe (Italy) and include an integral freezing system that has been installed and tested by the manufacturer.

We can provide eutectic bodies containing 4-12 internal cells / charging cages, with the option of two temperature areas and adding a hydraulic back wall.
